Been trying to complete Shaman epic and can't find this mob. Spawns NW of Fens, I've looked there and all over the Mid frontier. Anyone seen her?

Run half a minute from Fensalir towards Svasud - Thorkatla should be in the valley left to the main road (I think that's NE and not NW of Fensa).

 ps. yeah, I meant NE. I've seen her before but haven't for day snow.
