I guess that´s the npc that had let you compose own texts on a special scroll that was only possible to get by her.
Some very smart people ( :wall: ) abused this and created fake <Call GM Armorreskin/Weaponreskin/Gloweffect-Scrolls> and sold them for lots of platin or tried so...^^

Ha I saw some of these scrolls and was wondering, I am pretty sure a friend bought one too D: He was going nuts wondering why it didn't do anything oO
