Hibernia Leveling guide

Anyone have or could post a link to or suggest any decent Hibernia leveling guides that would work on Uthgard? I'm currently playing a Ranger. Would love to know all of your suggested spots from 1 - 50.
If we could sticky this for other players that would be great too!  |

The guide should be for chanters, but it's also good for every soloing toon, since usually chanter do multiple yellow pulls (which that means you'll find plenty of mobs to pull on those places  )On Uthgard 1.0:
