Does it worth to level an animist for fast leveling? Is it working right?o
Is powerleveling allowed?

powerleveling is allowed aslong you are 2 individual players and nobody is afk

I can say from personal experience that 50 Verdant/ 20 Creep spec works fine, no apparent problems.
(I have heard people say that the Pet PBAoE could be stronger but I need to test that to be convinced. It kills massive pulls of blues/greens easily for me.)

I have heard that the Creeping spec line is fully functional with no apparent problems as well. I have heard no bad reports with this spec.

Arboreal works fine too, no apparent problems.
(I have heard people say that the Spec Arboreal Bomber could be stronger but I need to test that to be fully convinced.)

They really have done a great job on this class. I think I would go so far to say that animist is 100% fully functional on Uthgard.

I have no desire to powerlevel, I think it is allowed but not encouraged. I know it is not a good idea to go afk on Uthgard for very long, especially if you are grouped and afk.

Animist is definetely not 100% functional, sorry. Damage bombers aren't affected by intel stat, resulting in very low damage. This is an intended nerf. Same problem with the verdant pbae, but I'm not sure whether this is on purpose or not. (unless they silently fixed it lately)

Also: All bombers put you in combat twice apparantly, even the defensive ones like bladeturn and absorb which I think shouldn't cause a combat timer at all.

But the turrets work fairly well so for PvE this is a great class, even with the issues that is has. :)

If they are individual player, cant one afk so long as they are not on the same router. I say this becuase there was a player offering a buffbot service where he will buff for XXXXg/hour and afk. Blue said this was completely legal since it wasnt a free service and they are 2 different players.

We misunderstood. A player who helps you shouldn't be afk and must be ready when GM call for a test. We have some "expert" players who use proxies and handys to circumvent detection so we have to make the requirement that a helper must not be afk for more than 2-3 minutes or has to disband.

Well its not like a lvl 50 will be in your group when buffing you, its not like anyone who dual logs to actually buffbot leaves it afk. The point of buffbotting is to exp as fast as possible, so then you heal inbetween kills etc also. ^^

If something looks like buffbotting they still might require you to perform the 2-player test even if your IPs differ, I guess.

I can't undestand if a my guildmate have a menta 50 and i reroll a class (example a enchanter) and he come to give me red pom and go afk every 10 min(time needed pom to fade) after had give it to me... This is allowed? There is not dual logging and he choose to do it.. If is no allowed is no sense well no one can do timebuff or something on someone near lol...

He should log off.
Do u realize that everyone can use 2 differents router to logg 2 accounts ? An always afk player is potentially a dual log.
On top of that, ur friend should stay to HoT ur pet :D

Problem is, that it's incredibly easy to run one account on your standard net, and then have a Mobile connection, as both will catch very different IP addresses. Likely another way as well, but this solution is one that would be very easy to set up.

I've used a menta to pom a friends animist, I log him in and cast pom, then either /stick and alt-tab every 2 mins, or log out and log in a crafter to alt-tab craft. Playing from work allows me to alt-tab every 2-3 mins, but not actually play.


But then again, you don't run the big risk, but your friend would face a perma ban for it. So be sure to tell him that, before he helps you :)
