At lvl 50, i plan on having:

25pierce (just for stun)

here the question, i am told WS is broken, will my CD styles be gimped. also with low weaponskill, will i miss diamondback often?

your main enemies will be assassins (think so).

you do not land Diamondback this often due your low evade and the high evade of the most enemies.

your CD styles are not gimped, they are still a lil bit OP (Growth-rates)

if u want to stun enemies than take a look in your celtic duel line. there is one as a side chain (lv18 i think)
take a friend practice and u have 85% anytime stun if ur good and most of the enemies suck or cry strafe

w/o 51 weapon, how much lower will be CD styles be?

melee ranger = 40-42 path and 39 CD min at fresh 50
i'd spec blades and use sidestun as "anytimer".
