Afaik u need composite the highest basebuff, when u go above there is no more.
For example the 43 basebuff is at cap with lets say 39+4, for the 50 basebuff u would need 39 +11.

Correct me if i´m wrong :)

Frendir you are probably wrong.
another question raised. What is maximum value given by baseline buff (dex and str)?
And is any formula for it?

from http://roclar.net/DAoC/info.php#Melee :

Base Buffs Cap = Receiver's level * 1.25 (62 at Level 50)
Spec Buffs Cap = Receiver's level * 1.875 (93 at Level 50)

Thats exactely how I think it is. Same goes for specbuffs as well, which is the reason why they are always capped

For buffs<50 you need buff-level+1 for getting the max value (delve * 1.25).
So for capping the 43 basebuff you would need 39+5."

I decided to test this by making some new lvl 5 armor and SCing it with +nurture and +all magic skills and seeing what happened.
First i self-buffed nakey then i added a piece of gear until results stopped changing (capped). Naturally, wrecked the results of AF buffs, but for the others i got some interesting results:

Redwoods Girth is a level 43 con buff (delve value 44) - since the bard i am using was already at 43 nurture + realm rank this ALWAYS delved for 55 con when i cast it on myself (1.25 x 44) I presume that this would be the case for anyone i cast it on > lvl 43. So even with 43+14 Nurture, i was unable to hit the 62 point cap from the formula i got off website i referenced earlier:
(1.25 x target level)

For Dex, Dexterity of the Wolf is a level 48 spell with 48 point Delve. Cap for this was 60 (which is 1.25 x 48) which i achieved at a composite 49 in Nurture.

The level 50 Might of the Redwood met the 62 point cap from the reference (1.25 x target level) since its delve coincidentally, is also 50. I hit that mark at composite 50 in Nurture.

At least on Uthgard, you only need a 50 composite Nurture to gain full benefit from base buffs and the cap is, like all other spells, 1.25 x Delve (reduced if cast on person < spell's level) Not that 1.25 x target level suggested o.O This may either be a bug with this server or someone got it wrong 10 years ago and posted it on the internet as fact :o

The cap mentionned as [1.25 x target level] is the cap according to target level. On live, when u talk about "cap", it is this cap that is used, since buffer classes search for the buff bonus needed to "reach the cap" (62 for single, 93 for double).

1.25xdelve is not really a cap, it's the maximum value you can obtain according to bonus you can have on Uthgard. On live, you can get an effective value above 1.25xDelve buff bonus thanks to other bonus.
