Our guild has its perks for some people, but its not for all. We have alot of people and most of what Zai says is true, but we also have something almost nobody else has and that is 2-3 full pages of guildies on most nights. Anytime you have that many people on in a guild it is good for lower level players since you can pretty much ensure there will always be somebody around ur level to help you xp or rvr. The problem is that its impossible to keep track of everyone and unfortunately anytime you have alot of people you have more chances for people to butt heads and get into fights. Player A plays "red is dead" and player B doesnt and Player A got killed by a mid so gets mad at Player B for not helping, or any # of countless other issues we've had to deal with.

Something much better than even the nice /lfg function is the Group tab. You used to be able to set your status as LFG and be put on a public list, indicating level and class. Group leaders could refer to the list and find available candidates and simply press a button to contact them. It was awesome! For some reason this function fell into dissuse somewhere around 2004, when it was re-vamped and made ultra complicated.

Perhaps it can be restored to its original glory somehow? I think it would be even better than /LFG.

Not really, there is a ton of pug in hib
