ROG items at lower lvls

Anyone have any insight where I could find mobs that drop any of the following types of gear? Rings, Bracers, Necks for lvl 20-30 ? Sitting on lvl 23 at the moment and still using lvl 5 rings and neck and lvl 10 bracers. Or any awesome rangers have any old gear to hand down perhaps?

Maybe check out Spraggon den Dungeon, I remember there Drop nice things.

here on Uth are not ROG items,only items with fixed stats and droprate is low. ROG items will probably come with shrouded isles.
