hi,well i never played bard before,thats why i would like to know some basic knowledge
 what effect +11 musik/nurture/regrowth i need information for rvr issue thx |

51 composite nurt maximizes your buff value (%125)
50 composite reg minimizes your baseline heal value change 50 composite mus minimizes power cost of your music skills (mez, amnesia, dd) If im not wrong.  |

+regrowth for cap base heals and whatever it influences I dont know.
