i just hit rrk5 with my NS and i was wondering about respe my RA's (or not)

atm at rrk 5 i got

Viper III
MoS II
LW I
Vanish I

Atm i'am quite happy with this setup, i solo in df most of the time and i have to say i miss purge on very rare occasions.

But i was thinking about spreading my pts in a different way. I'am fond of Viper III but i was thinking about :

Viper II
MoS II
LW I
Vanish I
MoP III
Aug Dext II

1 pt left, could put it into Aug Str I in order to go Aug Str II then, or spare it untill i got Aug Dext III

What you think? Thx in advance for your tips and opinions with pros and cons.

I dunno, it is very rare a scout kills me, usually i just avoid slamers and i'am fine like this.

If you really don't need purge, these RA are pretty nice yes. But if you have 1 point left, I would left aug dex2 and take purge1 at least

Honestly i'am fine enough regarding survivability (atm) i ll take purge II but later.

i'm really interesting in comparing the most effective dps potential between :

viper III vs viper II + mop III + aug dext 2

i'am piercing ofc

50% vs 100% bonus to lifebane is a huge difference, but does mop III and aug dext II will be worst or equal/more dps?

I would go viper2 + mop3 + dext2 ^^

Viper3 = 130 dmg per tick
Viper2 = 95 dmg per tick
You have a diff of an average of 35 dmg per tick x 10 = 350 dmg BUT

a purge can cancel poison.

mop3 dext2 = 3 critics and it is profitable ^^

Like you said, it's perscent BONUS.
So it's 150% damage vs 200% damage. You will have a 25% reduction of your dot damage with Viper 2. Not so "huge" i think.

ok i think i ll try viper II mop III aug dext II

btw, purging dot is not an argument, i got 9 weapons in my bad and i m nota "lazy" NS about swaping weapons.
but regarding the dmg loss, 350 seems fine considering the 17% crit chance from mop III.
