Eld? Or ment. A few eld specs are nice. Not sure on the ment.

i think the eld will be picked primary from groups, to run with menta u need at least 3 casters in the opinion of the most rvr players.
so if u want to increase your chance to get groups, its eld, but to be honest most people would also chose a good ment over a bad eld.

With 1.65 , the only viable line for menta will be Light right? Since you dont have nukes on Mentalism/Mana

yes the light/mentalism combo is the primary rvr spec while mana/mentalism is used for pve.
gladly you get on menta always both highest dd and demezz, not like spiritmaster :)

Like Woody said, both are viable.
The Menta is easier to play, while a good eld will have it easier finding groups. With 1.65 basically every hib grp will run an eld.
