Anyone know!?

- Locate NPC Ciar north of Connla and a fork in the road. Turn left at fork to find her in a group of dead trees.

- She explains she is held by magic and needs her "Guardian" to break the spell. "Guardian" is located across estuary from Connla. Name is Lucan.

- Lucan the ghost is directly across from the town near a large boulder. He explains that she is evil and needs to be destroyed so he can rest in peace. He asks that a live willow branch then be brought to Torrance the Druid trainer at the Connla tower on the road to Innis Carthaig.

- Kill Ciar after she freaks out. Get branch and a magic item. A dialog box will open as she is dying, this is the Dying Favor quest.

Remember that since she can be killed you might need to wait for her to respawn.
