Hello. Any idea how to get Banba's Road to Grandmaster quest from Banba without doing previous two quest- Spinner's Cloak and Returning for More? I think they should not be linked. Thank you.

Only evidence i have found is discusion on Allakhazam under Banba's Road to Grandmaster. Few comments (from 2003,2004) mention : 1. got this quest without ever having done the prior quests, 2.declined both of the previous quests, still got this on no problem.
