What do Hib raid set-ups look like?

For DF raids, dragon, SI dungeon when it opens, etc.

Never played Uthgard past like level 22, and I've mainly been an Alb on live so I'm unsure what is needed for high level PvE. Thanks for the input.

At least 5 Animists so everything dies in seconds. 8)

The group that runs up against them can't kill them fast enough because smite clerics have sooooooo many tools at their disposal combined with decent ranged damage with 8 of them dudes doing it!

this is what I keep hearing when it comes to hib pve raiding. Pretty much they use animists to kill everything in seconds and possibly tank. Hoping there will be a bit more to it than that, especially for tanking but guess will wait and see.

So in addition to animists I'm assuming you would need druids for specs/heals, mentalist for crack, and a shield tank for if things go awry. Does a wardens PBT cover every animist pet and is that useful?

That would keep a raiding party anchored to a spot on the map too.

Sorry, I too am unfamiliar with Hibernia's pve raiding habits.

Other than Fins, do Cursed Forest raids ever happen? There are lots of cool mobs to kill there but oh my heck the place is so dangerous for solo work. Llyn Barfog raids in Albion happen seldom but often enough, just wondering if the same goes for the Cursed forest? It seems like you would need more than animsts for the time when you have to move the party to another mob to kill.

With the shroom cap in place, this will not work.

Well I know in beta, the CF fins group would sometimes move over to some of the close named mobs and kill them quick to let mobs repop. Don't recall needing multiple groups for any of the cf mobs but then again, might not have done any that needed more than 1 group during beta because of pop.

Every Animist had their own cap and as long as they were a certain amount away from the others they could cap theirs with the others capping theirs too. So unless they drastically changed something from v1 it'll be just fine.

Well in any event, we may want to consider other possibilities of raiding this content with out knowing for sure if it will work.

Would you need 2-3 heroes tanking with guard up or more tanks than that? I would assume either a heal chain or all druids on tanks while bards and wardens handle groups? Definitely interested in figuring this out so we can do some public dragon raids when the time comes if guilds don't have the pop to do them.

Only the animist main pet, not all fnf. I don't think it's very usefull because the PBT doesn't work on high level mobs. It's only usefull in a tank group with its add dmg.

And they have removed CF loot from named ones, so probably there will be no raids as was in beta.
