Has anybody seen 'bocan' for the quest 'Alastriona's Chest'?

I'm trying to do the quest 'Alastiona's Chest' but couldn't find bocan.

Searched quite many times for him at nights and days where he was described to be, but seems like it's not respawning.

I've seen some quests which aren't able to be done cuz mobs do not appear, i.e. wind ghouls or villainous bandits.

Is it the same case with bocan? If anyone has seen bocan, can you tell me the location?

Boccans spawn at night in the forest with the grovewoods near Koalinth Caverns. Basically they look like ghostly curmudgeons

Thanks! I found it from 31k, 60k.
It was placed inside more deeper than other information described.
