Looking for a specific quest on hib, shannon estuary area

Back on live 2002/2003 when i was starting and xping my celts and luricasters around connla-howth-ardagh area there was some quest that morphed yourself into a frog for a few seconds... was always weird to see the frog wielding the staff with his tongue(or at least it looked like that^^)
Probably some lvl4-8ish quest but i didnt read any info about this morphthing :/
