Hi Supafly,

how u wanna play your eld?
cause the RA spec is depend on, in which grps. u run out in agramon ;)
for bg's: Mystic Crystal Lore 1 -> Purge 1 -> Serenity 2 -> Raging Power 1 -> Mastery of Magery 1+2 -> Wild Power 1+2 -> Aug Dex 1+2 -> Mastery of Focus 1
then you are 4L2 and ready for Agramon ...
but there u maybe need a RA respec ... cause if u just run out with tankgrps. its very nice for the druids in your grp., if u have physical defense 5. :D
so do a RA respec on 4L4 to just pd5 ;) (i did the same with my eld)
if u run out in agramon with caster groups (very rare in Hibernia) u can hold this spec and grow it up ^^

So basically, MoC, Conc and Aug Acuity are not useful RAs in RvR?
Because i was wondering, doesn't Aug Acuity increase the dmg of your spells??

Thanx a lot for the advice.. much appreciated :)

i think moc3 is more an ra for Mana eldrich/mana enchanter.

yeah Conc is nice ... but i think there are more important RAs then Conc.
if u are higher maybe then its ok ;D

Aug Acu increase dmg and mana pool, but both just for an small amount .. Mastery of Magery increase the dmg more ;)

lol.. yeh i dun think i wanna actually waste 30 realm points on MoC when i have to give up dmg :s same goes for conc i guess and Aug acuity has a substitute :)

so which one should be the first RA to get as a lowbie? serenity? cuz as an eld, power takes AGES to regen, and i find myself sitting more than killing mobs during pve :P

I'm building a void eldritch (my first character on Uthgard) and I'm aiming 102% for PvP. Alright, the issue of the thread was not whether casters are needed in PvP at all, so lets not go there

What I want to do is stand either on the keep wall or outside and frontload as much damage on a single target as possible. I started with augmented dexterity to get the stun and bolts off as quickly as possible, but what then? Mind you, Im only level 33 and 1L7, so Im not even at aug dex 3 yet. Which RAs would help me squeeze out as much damage as possible in the shortest amount of time? Acuity or crits or what?

if you want power you want passives

wild power 3

mom 3

aug dex 3

aug acu 3

but if I were you get purge 2 also or your dead with a simple stun

(btw just so you know agra isnt like brae where all action is at keep - so often you have to roam and not camp)

also moc might be a good choice so you can do dmg while being hit

Ok, thanks for these. Yea, I know about Agra being like that, I keep an eye on the /broad (they zerg, those zerg, whine whine) and also the boards. I have a backup plan also, but atm Im going with the eld.

don't bother with moc it's a waste of realm points.. u need 5 rps for the first moc.. and maybe in brae u will be like "oh wow, moc rocks"!! but once u get to the higher bgs and agra, u will soon find out that u wasted 5 rps on moc 1 and now ure stuck with dealing 25% of the dmg u should be dealing without moc..
if i were u i'd rather get conc, at least that way u dun have to sacrifice so much dmg..

oh and if u looking to go for moc anyway, spend 30 rps and get the moc3 because at least then u will be doing 75% of your actual dmg..

But otherwise, a very vital realm ability is purge.. get that no matter what :P
