I was going to play a healer, I was wondering which to go druid or bard.

I know bard has more toys but for sheer healing I was thinking druid. we are wanting to rvr end game, and was wondering since we will be duoing, if we can't find a group, which would be better.

Thanks for your time/help.

He says we will be duoing if we cant find a group. There is 1000 threads out there telling you what is needed in group RvR Lasatard. His question is referring to what would make the best duo, not what would get them in groups the most. Champions do get groups on occasion. VW's do get groups on occasion. VW and Champion, IMO, are better small man classes and hence the reason I said so. I even said in my post that BM/Hero are better in 8 vs 8, but I feel VW/Champ are better in duo/smallman. So the question is why you would ask why we reccomend such classes. Maybe you should re-read what he posted.

What could be a really fun duo is animist + bard.
Great damage, root, kinda snare dd.
Root is what you will miss the most as eld + bard.

Actually, they said they want to duo IF they can't find groups, which means that they are interested in grouping first, and will otherwise duo. So you are clearly not in a position to tell me to re- read anything, good sir

But he is not asking what would be his best options for a group character, he is asking what would be the best duo. To be fair, he's not even asking what the tank should be. He's just asking Druid or Bard. Regardless, the thread then became about what best duo options were out there. I personally feel VW/Champ make great duo/small man classes. So once again, why are you asking why people bring up champion? BECAUSE HE SAYS IN HIS POST HIS BROTHER IS CONSIDERING A CHAMPION. Please read the original post AGAIN, and read my original reply. See how I post that I believe Champ better for duo and Hero better for 8 man? See how that answers the questions not only brought up by the poster when he says his brothe is considering rolling a hero OR a champ but also later in the post when people started putting in their own 2 cents on what would be a great duo. You asked why we bring up Champion/VW, I answered. :wall: :gaga:
