This is my new TP.
I didn't want to post it at first, because it lacked Raveger's Pride. I didn't want that belt in my TP beause i always thought that its damage add stacking was unfair and mainly a bug. Apparently the staff had my same opinion on this question and it recently fixed the bug. Another good reason for pubblishing it, is the other recent major change, the departure of bottles and barrels, something that might give more importance to my "must have" hot bracer, included of course in this tp, as it was in the old one.
The two principal flaws are the lacking of str/con and abla150 charge directly into the TP. I'm so used about swtiching Neck Body and Sgath Bracer when i need their charges, that never really wanted to have these two objects in my TP.
The items that i wanted to have at all cost were: Adamantine (now that its proc is fixed), Tiara of E. Retribution (uber 150Abla proc), B. Rapier of Chaos (relatively fast weapon with leech life), Befana's Seal (for 1500 range dot), F. Black sapphire Bracer (hot charges). The 17% haste charges included (on the B. of the Winds) are also very usefull, since i needed them when wearing the rapier of chaos, to maximize my swing speed.
The alchemy i used is: dot on the four crafted armor pieces and on the offhand. When unhasted, my fast main hand has dot also.
Just to be clear, my ranger is always 100% capped whatever he is wearing (basalt/craft weapon/bow). He only lacks some str points when wearing the bow.
Summarizing:

PROS:
- Always 100% capped
- Many source of heals (Adamantine, Basalt Rapier, hot on bracer, self health regen on belt)
- uber abla150 proc
- 1500 range dot included
- 17% haste charges included
- can become blade only changing weapons

CONS:
- no str/con charges included
- no abla 150 charges included
- no Basalt bow for snipers
- Expensive

Try to calc it once again and use also SH RF arms, like the Tiara just an wtfpwnz item with another healproc. For my solo bard runs this items granted the success, no SH armor, no win.
