Valewalker Scythe Style changed?

First time I used the style "Winter's Scythe" I did not receive the pbaoe ability that this style usually delivers. I was wondering if the server changed this due to balancing issues? I was also wondering if any other styles are changed, perhaps there is listed somewhere?

side chain from VW is as follows:

Stunning Blade - prereq: side - stun
Winter's Scythe - prereq: Stunning Blade - Dam Add
Blizzard Blade - prereq: Winter's Scythe - PBAOE DD

you probably refer to a chain that was changed after patch 1.80
Henrir, Hyrkon, Hrungar & Hiormon Bruagh.

also your lvl 50 style conflagration is a follow up of your detaunt

in comparrission to live it got a higher defensive malus but hey its an anytimer chain that does as much damage as the side chain if you hit often enugh
