hey there
Im thinking of rolling a ranger. since i have never played one i have got some questions: can i perform well in 1 vs 1 or small scale rvr? i mean i dont want to leech at all thats why im asking. maybe ill duo with my gf (either ranger too or ns..depends which duo is more fun/performs better in pvp/rvr)
another question is: can you lvl a ranger quite well?
thank you for your help.
greetings

thats what the server need,..1 more hibstealther to make the 999.999 an full million.

if you want easymode join the HSC (hib stealth corps)..cause they are millions. but dont step on your neighbours feed when you wait at MG´s for victims.

so are there that many hib stealthers? what about mid/alb stealthers?
the reason why i want stealth is that i dont want to wait hours to find a group that splits after first wipe...if i log on i want to play since i havent got as much time as i used to have. if there are really that many hib stealthers i might switch to an "underdog" realm.

mid and also alb stealther arent better, then this hib stealther zerg.
I think hib are the most stealth zerger but all three realms do this.
ATM the most stealther are in Hib, thats right.

One funny thing i have seen is, that some stealthers group and also group and hide a heal/buff char.
Makes it hard to solo of course, but those small stealth+heal/buff groups can take out bigger groups when acting clever and having a bit of luck, which is impressive.
And all realms can do it.
And even though i thought it was lame at first, i now like the new tactical situations it adds to the game.

You know.... There are also ways to solo with a visible class. Its not up to you to decide what you fight, thatmuch is true, but its up to you to decide what dmg you deal....

Examples on hib:
Champ, a good if not the best solohybrid.
Vale, a quite strong class in 1vs1, has the advantage of beeing able to heal himself quickly after a fight(in case finds a grey mob or something like that).
Eld, no speed, but with right spec in right hands can easily kill any not-assassin-class enemy.
Menta, no speed, but has a pet, in case you find a usefull one, mezz, stun, specDD and heals!

And last but not least, Hero! Spec LW, slam, pierce. Youll outperform any other class 1vs1 with this spec. Use bluntLW vs infis, bladesLW vs shadowblades, shield/pierce vs tanks, especially mid ones. And youll have a free IP on 20 minutes reuse.

In the end, if this aint to you liking, go for a BM, but spec blunt or blades if you intend to run solo, since your mostlikely opponents gonna be infi and sb, who are resistant to pierce.

Not to forget Enchanter with 49 Mana / 22 Light. ;) Speeder-Class with snare-pet and bad mojo spell damage.
