Disclaimer: Newbie question incoming :)

Well, I heard a lot of different input on this, some people said that line bonuses only affect baselines spells, but I see some people who add a +11 mana to their template. I'm calculating my template at the moment and would like to know what's true. Does a bonus like that affect the debuffs or the bomb? Or is it useless to template cap mana magic as an ench?

+11 mana for enchanters is to increase pbae damage I'd guess.
