No idea what is gping to happen now?

Rastah make a new guild and reinv us i hope, post here if your a legend member so we can keep track of people needing inv.

well. until /gc demote works on offline players looks like makeing a new guild is the only way to prevent suchs things.

Legend is disbanded as of today.

was a great time and a sad ending.

Well for the facts..... Rastah was put in place last October as the newest GM to help out Legends other GM's he was vouched by Spais as being trustworthy and able follow protocol. Spias had school starting and the other 2 GM's went on extended holiday during Thanksgiving threw January for a much needed break.

Spias was kicked by Uthgurd Admins for cheating around Oct I think....He was removed from GM. Rastah had some good ideas and made some changes to the guild as in ranks and suchs. He was suppose to update the other GM's on problems if any. Legend had their own forum site. He never contacted any counsel members (original officers) or any of the other 2 GM's not by IM or email which he had access too.

He was only GM for 3 months other GM's and the ones before him were GM's for years....

Rastah went on a campaign on how Spais was a cheater. He used this to convince many legend followers that Spias was evil and bad for the guild and for wearing combat boots....

Rastah then removed all the GM's and left him self with rank 0. He NEVER notified other GM's if there was a problem with a ex-GM that was banned from the server.. He stole the power from other ranking guild members and put his own puppet rank 1 officers in.

Uthgard admins were notified on what happened and responded. With something along the lines of "Stupid enough to make Rastah GM problem is on you"


Yes.. we lost the guild crafting accounts for 1 DAY because Spais was banned. All the GM's did a /call Rasta's was answered first and YES he did get them back, we all tried. BUT they were back! So to beat this over everyone head for a week on what Spais did is kinda childish. Its one thing if we never got the accounts back.

I assume these crafting accounts that everyone put time and money in are now serving Rastah's new guild.....

Rastah did a wonderful COUP. Did a good job slamming Spais, not hard to do when he is caught cheating. You can run far with that one.

But to remove the other GM's who put their money and time into it is wrong even more when they are on extended holiday.

If you don't like being a GM of a guild. Then please.... Start your own guild and don't take over everyone else s hard work and effort.



What Rastah did was wrong.

What Spias did was wrong paid the price and lost his account and GM

Rastah paid his price and lost a very very old Uthgard guild for power.

First it was Rastah that tried to take over Legend.
Second it was Vandra who kicked all out.

Spias only tried to kick out Rastah because of the takeover, he messed up and paid the price by loosing his acc, the money taken????? Already 2/3 already taken when Spias rejoinned Legend so he couldn't be guilty of that. Now if after that he took everything else I can't comment as i don't know.

This is all a big mess but we should all work together instead of against eachother, why wanting to overpower someone in a guild, this is only a game people and we should being enjoying ourselves. Spias created Legend, he bought the house, her invested x amount of plats into it and in the end he paid a high price and whe he got banned Rastah saw it as an opportunity to take power.

End of story...we all paid the price for someone else's mistakes, so let's not just blame Spias, Rastah is as guilty if not more then Spias that was just trying to protect something he created.

quite a bit of turning around facts here^^

somewhat of a timeline:

spias was banned for cheating.
took 3 days to get SC back.
spias came back with a secondary account.
everything was fine for about 2 weeks.
spias wasnt playing in hib during that time.
none of the "old GMs" where on for the last 180+ days.
rastah proposed Lime as guild color.
took about a week for all active players to try it on and agree on it.
emblem pattern (checkerboard) didnt match.
3 days of disscusion and emblem was changed to solid light green.
no negative comments regarding the new color sheme, guild and other players liked it.
couple days later emblem was changed to half/half pattern over night - no one agreed on this.
no statement who changed it and why could be found.
changed it back to solid after several hours talking to furious members.
spias invited a (some) friend(s) of his and made them rank0/1 right away.
general guild tone became depressed and agressive.
spias attitude started to drive people away.

rastah proposed to leave and create a new guild.
poeple voted for mutiny instead.
they liked the guild and didnt agree on leaving because of one persons bad behaviour.
rank 0 where cleared out, rank rights limited.
since demote doesnt work on offline players, this was pretty much the only option.
about a week later everything seemed to have settled down, members that where removed by mistake got reinvited and granted their old rank, rank rights where reinstated.
the same day various players not seen for 6 months+ logged in and started attacking various members for having their high ranked twinks removed during the cleansing.
offers to get reinstated where ignored. the tone became more and more aggressive, accusations where made.
after an hour of flameware from these people, logging different twinks and playing childish cherades it became appraent that they where all the same people.


two days after that this thread was opened.
after a lot of back and forth with the active players during this ordeal, apparently the in the first post named players (no one really knows who logged them, there are assumed to be 3 people behind this) cleared out over 6plat from the guildcash, cleared 3 of the guildhouse vaults and kicked various online guild members out.
on top of that they used a bug in the guild management system to remove the only rank 0 remaining.
hence, effectively killing the guild.

the guild as a whole was attacked several times and every time we tried to fix it, calm the members, discuss the situation.
apparently though the responsible parties where more driven by hormons and hurt pride then by intellect and decided to destroy rather then to rebuild.

in the end, they succeded.

the members didnt want to leave, they where driven away.
the members accused of being powerhungry didnt choose to take responsebilities, they where forced to do so to salvage the situation.

as regarding to pictureing rastah as the bad man here;
the old gms where away so long that no one of the current active players that played on a daily basis for at least the last 5 months could remember them or differ between the rank 0 chars.
as far as the members where concerned, rastah was the only GM.

also, apparently spias had access to more then one of those unknown rank 0 accounts. hence, none of the members thrusted any of those not-rastah rank 0 chars. their tone and behaviour was all the same agressive insulting, and that was the reason they got removed with the option of reinvite if it could be safe to assume that spias wouldnt be able to use them to mess around.


end of story.

90 Days absent were the other 2 GM's 160 is a little rich even for Rastah's propaganda war machine. Rasta was only voted in October original staff knows that. He was email many times and IM many times on and about getting the other GM's there access ,and old officers back there rank 1 access. He ignored reply.

You dont want give back new power. He tasted something fully developed with little experience on his part. A fully running Guild with members, staff, a hierarchy system and guild econemy. Something the other GM's pour time and money into. Something Rasta played with...

If your telling me be brought over 200 members to the guild then he is one hell of a pimp.

I hardly see changing guild colors note worthy of a experienced GM.

All officers he put in places told the same thing over and over again. YOUR ranks will be restored RASTAH will restore your ranks.... Never happened just like the email responses, and IM responses.

So go follow your lime color guild changing guild craft account stealing leader and be happy for sacking all the resources from Legend to make your new guild a happy place.

sooo basically..

All the old GM's and officers stop taking part of the guild, all the active players liked rastah as GM and decided to make the guild more their own as they were the people using it. The old GM/officers dident like the guild being changed and even thou they did not take any active roll in the guild they thought it was theirs, so one night when everyone is in bed, an old gm and officer looged in twink accounts took six plat from the guild bank, said when asked in /gu what are you doing, replied....

They call me kid now i take back some of what i put into this guild...

and one of them started to kick all the online members out,followed by the offine ones they did not like, then went and stole all the items from the guild vaults....


I think i have found a new lvl of childishness in this game LOL
