More useful in RVR eldritch or ranger?

Hello All,
I used to play daoc a long time ago and played on classic servers. Its been a while and I happily stumbled upon this shard and glad I did. I would like opinions on what class is more useful in RVR and gets groups easier? I played both of these classes back when daoc first launched and enjoyed them both. Thank you so much for all of your time and help with this! |

Rangers are useless for groups and will never get one.
Every group runs an eld. |
