you can get a crafted acuity charge on every crafted item

Ah, thats good news. Are they as good as best drop acuity charges?

Just googled a bit and found:

"Use your epic gloves

20 charges of 75 acuity and only triggers a 1min RUT "

is that true on Uth as well, or just on live?
