I just got my keen hero in thid and took the RA MoB. I was just curious as to whether the RA Master of Blocking was bugged? I had heard from a couple sources that it was and from some that it was not and wanted to clarify.

This doesn't really qualify as proof, but I've played on a MoB3 warrior, and it's a major blocking machine.
