From my exp here on uthgard over the passed year ive noticed that guilds dont really recruit anyone under level 40. Unless they know you personally in RL , or they are a new up and coming guild who just desperately needs recruits.

I would recommend getting to 40+ and trying to get in with one of the more serious , long term guilds who have been on the server for years. The small up and coming guilds usually die out or there members get bored and stop logging in eventually seen it happen a hundred times now. If your in for the long run i would get in with a serious guild

I would suggest grouping with different people of different guilds and see who you like and have stuff in common with. Then decide who best fits your play style and times?

Hey Sundances. I like you joined a few weeks ago. Honestly, I found the startup guild to be really useful, and have recently learned it actually has a guild emblem... LOL!!

Anyhow, if you're not really liking the startup guild, try the guild Green machine. I'm not sure if they're new or not but have met a few from their guild... they speak english, and are usually pretty friendly - until they come in and focus pull your damn room and leave you nothing to XP on... but other than that... pretty friendly :P
If you become irate, angry, wrathful, furious, ireful, wroth or indignent by anything that I say to you or just in general; you should always remember, it's only because I care that I pay attention in the first place.

I found the startup guild to be filled with misinformation and immaturity myself.

Startup Guilds in general are horrible. Most are filled with bad information and aren't that helpful. I agree with Adianne, the best way is to just group and watch different guild names and player names. If you are on a regular times you may make some lvlin buddies and choose to join one of their guilds if they have one or make your own if they don't. I have played all 3 realms and each time started not knowing anyone and always found a good guild.
