I was wondering what the cap is on both parry and block.
I seem to remember seeing a "tip" on loading that said there was a maximum amount.

I know the base chance is 5%, and then we get 0.5% per talent point (double for two handed weapons), and then we have master of parrying and mastery of blocking. But at what point is it no longer useful?
