Does anyone know if this RA does anything to damage shields? Specifically enchanter's focus pull spell?

I shouldn't think so, they do a flat DPS based on the swing speed of the attacker. A 5 DPS damage shield will do 15 damage (ish) vs a 3.0 swing speed. Debuffing the enemy of the resist type the damage shield uses may help (as it's a bonus applied after the DPS is calculated), although I've not tested it thoroughly.

This answer helps, thankyou. I was wondering if it affected the base though. Do you know -how- MoM affects spells is it applied after? As it says it gives a % increase in damage I was just wondering if it would help my enchanter's farming. Heh silly as that is. Interesting though would be to find out it affected the base dmg of a shield spell for any DS spells. Doubt it but it'd be interesting.

I assume It would apply the damage bonus based on spells that do a flat rate of damage, the damage done by damage shields is entirely determined by the attacker.. someone hitting with a 100.0 spd against a 5 DPS damage shield would be hit for approx 500 damage and someone who never attacks against a 5 DPS damage shield would be hit for 0, so there isn't really a damage calculation for MoM to work against.
