spec animist at low lvl (5-20), 20-49 and final spec... i want him for farming, raids etc... so pure PvE only

I knew an animist who was spec 0/0/0 at level 50, as during the whole leveling session, he was hesitating how to spec... AHAHAH
By the way, as the animist main strenght is in line spec, whatever your spec if you only plan to PvE, you can tried them all one by one if you want ^^

Creeping is good for PvE since your mushrooms will cost less mana, etc.. Arb subspec I believe.

The group that runs up against them can't kill them fast enough because smite clerics have sooooooo many tools at their disposal combined with decent ranged damage with 8 of them dudes doing it!

I may be wrong as I am no expert, but I see no valid reason to go creep as a main spec over arbo.

- arbo is very nice and deals good damage. Lifetap is good, Spirit DD is nice too.
- even for farming, you will need to go in RvR and get some RAs such as serenity. Arbo spec is best here.
- in pure PvE (all the time : at low or high level) you will only cast low level creeping shroomz, so there is no need to have a high spec in creep to be efficient and to reduce the mana cost.
- plus the mana reduction for the creep pets is enabled with +skills - so if you have 36+14 creep, you can cast lvl 50 shroomz with no mana-cost penalty.

Today I am lvl 30, I have 29arbo, 5 in creep, and I am a happy animist.

My conclusion : Arbo as main, Creep secondary. But in any case, as Fala says, there is no way you can gimp an animist. You don't need to spec to do the job.

You know with BG, even people unskilled with no will to win in RvR can up 4L2 and get, for example, Serenity IV (20 points) and MCL1 (5 points), and other goodies for the remaining 7points ^^
