So I am planning on making a champion to join the US crowd out at AMG during the evenings. This includes my champion being mainly solo or with Small man groups. I'm looking for a discussion regarding a proper template and RA's for this type of character.

My thought are going 50Valor, 50 LW, rest Parry but i can also see a good use for shield.. not sure what to sacrifice for this spec. i find the backstun very useful so i kind of like to stick with that (I play a hunter and the backstun isnt too tough to land). Gimmie your thoughts.

I would go

Valor 50
Shield 42
LW 34
1Hand 6 (blade - for taunt)
parry 19

and switch between LW and Shield in fights
