Let me start of by saying i have googled and searched these forums.

I am wondering about SC, a set of 99% armor and wpns have 28 imbue points, can thous be overcharged on uthgard?
What should i aim for 32/28? 28/28 ?

Also im quite terribad when it comes to temping. So if anyone can help me out with a cheep temp for a BM.

Gear that i have is:
Michievus bracer x2
Book of arcane
Dazzling verdant x2
Skeaghshee belt
DF diamond nec
Taj1 cloak should not be a problem to get i guess

I want to have 11/11cd and pierce.
if i use the rings i have +8 parry and thats ok for now.

And i managed to make a solid temp
