After years of Daoc abstinence i decided to start playing on uthgard again

i started with a druid , played mine on live for quite a while so here my question

on live with toa there where basically 2 specs you would run

44/31/4 or 1/40/36 nurture/regrowth/nature

without toa boni like heal-bonus,manapool, increased concentration is a high buffspec still viable ?

before toa my druidspec was 35/41/1 or something like that but since the playstyle and some skills changed a lot i looked at following specs:

44/31/4 : red str/kon (since uth rvr is tank heavy?!,enough concentration to buff properly?) but only small specheals
42/33/7 : highest int buff and still 32/33 specheals + grey ae root
39/35/12: yellow dex/quick next grp instant, lvl 20 pet

i'm thankfull for any suggestions

I would go for: 40 / 30 / 20.

The pet you get with 20 in nature is really good and you still have all buffs in yellow and good heals also.

40/30/20 for the pet or 42/33/7 for buffs and heals. Really boils down to your preferred play style and group setup. I am the only in our group with 42 in buffs, but that is because I prefer being a strong healer and we basically always play with an eldritch, so the red int buff certainly helps there. But in terms of interrupt, the pet at 20 nature is a real beast, with instant stun and lots of HP. But you sacrifice heal power of course. Since we run with a heal-spec warden, this is tolerable, but could be a problem in other setups perhaps.

ty for your advice. so after some thinking i decided to go with 42/33/7
imho it's more pug friendly and it should be easier for me to get back in the game with a little more healing power
also it's probably better for pve farm grps

maybe respec later on if i made some rr or found a guild
