Seriously I can't even kill a yellow mob and i been running around MM for 15mins can't find a single blue. This doesn't seem accurate...

take your trainer's quest and you should become level 2 with that

Try to duo with someone if you can until level 2 at least.

Try to see if anyone can give you a damage shield in the area /guild "newbie guild chat"

I have made significant changes to Hibernian starter areas. There should be level 0 monsters around. Will address other realms next.
