Anyone know where I can find these elusive creatures? I've tried to use my Google-Fu skillz but all information about them are not correct. Please help!

They should be in the camp West of the bridge between Ardee and DL (DC?). It's the one with the two stone walls perpendicular to each other.

Now, if you are looking for the ENCHANTED wind ghoul (for Fagan's Wand quest), he should be there with them (if they have ever spawned). If you cannot find him, please update Issue "3077: Fagan's Wand - Enchanted Ghoul not spawning" as I would love to do that quest with my alts.

Yeah, i've been there, the only mobs there are Amadan Touched. Which are purple to me at level 11. Both during the day and night.

Seems the wind ghoul spawns are busted at the moment. Check issue # 3009. Looks like Gnome's been assigned to the case.

could of swore I saw some in a camp near the SE corner of silvermine while leveling the other day
