With the Raid on the 16th march i will introduce a dkp (dragon kill points) system.
All ppl who take part will get 10 points per raid which they can spend on items. Instead of the lottery between the yells you can now send a bid to the raidleader (Rosan). If more then one bid the same (highest) amount, a lottery system will decide who gets the item.
For me as raidleader i will get 2 points per raid as bonus for my organisation & hosting work. this is a bonus raid for me every 5 raids, so it should be ok and not too much what i am asking for (at least i hope so).

Ppl who obviously do not contribute their full atention, skills, etc. to the raid will be punished with no points for the raid or even with an temporary or permanent exclusion. The right to decide that lies by the raidleader and votes by the dragon raid community.

Who will keep them?

In albion system unwanted items are distributed via lottery

items nobody gave a bid on will be given away with a lottery.
if then noone wants them the guild ba benefits of this items

the points are counted for char or player?
this is an important question btw

of course for rl player. will be hard to count when player will switch their chars with eachother but i think i will get it.
