Description

The level 16 quest "Waking of the Fallen" in Huginsfell is missing.

Reproduction Steps

1. Go to Huginsfell with a lvl 16+ char
2. Talk to the Healer, Saydyn
3. He has no quest to give.

Intended Behavior

Complete with dialouges and everything:
