Beginning June 12, I began losing connectivity constantly. This never happened before. It has continued on June 13. Logging onto the server was also slow and took several tries before I was successful. Again, this had never happened in the past.
The Uthgard.org site also operates slowly and I actually had trouble reaching the Issue Tracker.
My internet connection is good and I am able to browse and play other games online with no problems. That's why I believe there may be a problem with your servers.
1. I have restarted computer, modem, router and Uthgard Launcher several times. The problem has persisted each time, going LD after about 5 minutes each time.

I'm not sure. I just wanted it brought to your attention that there may be server issues which have only recently exhibited.
