3440: Can't /knock on doors in housing areas

Description

Can't /knock on doors in housing areas.
I would like to be able to /knock on a door before entering the house.

Reproduction Steps

1. just go to any house and try /knock, it will say "no such command"

Intended Behavior

implement the /knock animation and text, how it works in live

Evidence

It's just not working, /knock was a command on live servers, there was a animation as well as a small text message.
