3486: Animist spell "Wisp Inferno* and lower Only Does a 5% Debuf

Description

The Animist baseline Creeping spell Wisp Inferno and the lower equivalent spells only delve a 5% body debuff, but all the Uthgard character builders and other people could've sword it does a 10% debuff to body.

Reproduction Steps

1. Go to Creeping baseline DD+Debuff Wisp spell
2. Delve Info
3. Shows 5%

Intended Behavior

If it's a display bug just correct it to 10% in the typo. If it's an actual value that should be correct have it changed to a 10% debuff if it should exist.

Evidence

The classic Uthgard character builders show 10% as the debuff to Wisp Inferno...
