Description

The widower does not spawn at step #12 of the Windower Hunt

Reproduction Steps

1. Get to the previous step which involves talking to Yric Tiu near Spindelhalla
2. Trigger spawn event by talking to Yric
3. See if Widower appears

Intended Behavior

Make the widower spawn :)
