3676: Camps in Lyonesse are not loosing Camp Bonus

Description

on the isle in Lyonesse around loc 28k 16k the mobs are not loosing campbonus.

there are danaoin fishermen and danaoin farmers.
around 10 necros or other ppl pulling at those camps 24/7, the respawn of those mobs is very quick, and the camp bonus is not dropping.

Reproduction Steps

1. go to the isle in lyonesse
2. pull a farmer or fisherman from one of the nearly empty but fast respawning camps
3. you will get everytime a very high camp bonus, doesn't mater if the exact same mob got slain 20times befor your pull.

Intended Behavior

camp bonus should droping if ppl are pulling one camp over and over.
