4063: Housing lot bugged - stone don't purpose to buy

Description

In the housing, alberillian's map, we try to buy a lot in Uliraniel lake.
The stone doesn't purpose to buy the lot. Same for Unerien lots.

Reproduction Steps

1. Go to Uliraniel lake (south east of map)
2. Click on the lot stone (4340-4359)
3. She doesn't purpose to buy (all the lot in this location)

Intended Behavior

Activate these areas, by lot's payment. (price 300 gold).

Evidence

- We bought a house title, try to put on the stone to buy and nothing arrived.
- We click on the stone, she doesn't purpose the price of the acquisition.
