4260: craft task hibernia cannot be done due to missing recipe

Description

Hibernia: Crafting task from Tailors master. Got the task to craft a woolen plain robe, but the recipe is either missing or the task should be in another realm. Task cannot be completed because of this or deleted. Suicide seems the only solution to clear it from my task list and get another task from the Tailor master.

Reproduction Steps

1. Ask tailor master for a task untill this task shows up. Got this twice in a short time, so shouldnt be too difficult.

Intended Behavior

Either remove the task or include the recipe into the recipe list.
