4296: low lv should not get xp when mob is grey for 50 in grp

Description

Today we testet a rumor and found out, that you can benefit on low lv (here 18) to be in grp with a lv 50 (here healer) which should not be possible at all.

So take a lv 50 Aughealer and grp a lv 18
Look for some mobs con blue/yellow for the lv 18 and mezzpull with the lv 50 Healer to cause BAF

Stun the not mezzed Mob, and cast Celerity

the lv 18 Char can start nuking/meleeing the mobs, and get xp + BAF Bonus even when the Mob is grey for the lv 50 Char.

As long, as no heal is involved and no dmg from the lv 50er you get the full amount of xp + BAF Bonus and benefit from Celerity on top


This is for sure not correct. From the moment you are grouped with a lv 50 Char you should not get any xp if the mob doesnt con green to the lv 50er, no matter if he do dmg or not.


Only OUT of grp this works.. e.g. with desease (not even sure if mezz+stun didnt make it no xp) just 100% sure for desease from live. But never ever you could xp with a lv 50er Aughealer IN group and get xp from lv 20 mobs.

Reproduction Steps

1. Grp a lv 50 Char and a lv 18 Char (low lv)
2. find some mobs con blue to the low lv char
3. mezzpull with the lv 50 char to cause BAF and kill the mob with the low lv char
4. see xp + loot which should not be here

Intended Behavior

When a lv 50 Char is grouped with a low lv Char, the low lv Char should only get xp when the killed mob is green or higher for the lv 50 Char! Doesnt matter if the lv 50 do dmg or not, you should just get zero xp when the mob is grey for the lv 50


i logged on Pentdragon to cause a similar Situation, and you can see on the screenshots, that the lowie didnt get loot, xp or anything when the Black Mauler dies

Evidence

Pentdragon test shows, that you dont get any xp or loot when you kill a mob with a lv 50 in grp
