Greetings,

There is a wrong proc on the Dragonscale Buckler (Albion Dragon loot).
The proc is currently : offensive dot proc (when the shield hit a target).

This is wrong.
The real magical ability of this item should be 10 charges :

Damage per Tick: 64
Target: Targetted
Cast Time: instant
Charges: 10

Reproduction Steps

1. Look at 1.65 links below
2. Look at curent stats of DragonScale buckler on Uthgard server.
3. See the difference.

Intended Behavior

The intended behavior should be a usable charge instead of a proc.
Considering the rarity of this item, i hope stats change will apply to the 3 already looted by the drake (yes i possess one of them).
