Alchemy potions

I was just wondering if there are plans to make alchemy potions like they are on live with 10 charges on each potion. They are pretty expensive to make for just one charge per potion. And they start to take a lot of room in your bag. I am sorry if this has already been brought up previously, I am new to this server/message boards. Thanks for your time.

There are bottles (10charges but u need to make 11 potions for 1) and barrels (100 charges but requires 11 bottles x 11potions/bottle)
