I had skilled some charisma and piety, for i had no clue that they dont affect this char in any matter . I havent played him for a long time, but some days ago, i logged him for short to check what items he has, and while doing this i also made a quick stat-check, where piety was at base value. Didnt know that this was a bug, someone (dont remind who) told me that u can one-time change ur stats w/o a stone. http://www.youtube.com/user/NOxQUANTum?feature=mhee
