Hi,

as far as i observed charges arent affectec by quality% of the charge, but of the quality of the item (high quality of item -> more charges), but is the effectivness influenced by the quality of the charge?!

That would be nice to know.

Other Questions:

Is it possible by now to make instant healing barrels?

Do you have to use only 99% and 100% quality potions for a barrel to make the barreleffects more stable?
Although the quality of barrels is automatically set to 100%, it doesnt seem to effect the variance in any form.

Thx, Gemma

quality shouldn't have any effect on charges, procs or reprocs. Still, on live I sold 99% MHBs for double price :)

Is it not? You have to use drop components and they are weaker than 3s healing barrels though.

quality shouldn't have any effect on potions and therefore barrels.

Havent tried it by now, though i could at least make some of the skill 1000 pots in bottles, if it works here. But a while back i read on the forum that it doesnt work with the skill 1000-pots.

If its not affected by quality, where does the huge difference comes from? Or is it supposed to have such a huge variance, so it cant be predictably used for tactics?!

Should work by now. Try it with a bottle :)

I'd say, it's handled like an unspecced cast. But you're free to try/test of course :)
