At level 10 Mithra or boulderlings are good or you can start going to salisbury plains till about lvl 20. After that you can try Llyn Barfog or Cornwall. From 30 onwards there are good spots in Lyonesse and from 36+ Hadrian's Wall and Agramon are ideal with their xp bonusses even if it's risky to go there.

Yeah, for sorc/wiz , better off getting in open space, never work that well at Mithra (as far as i remember :p ).
But bouldering should do fine until lvl12 (solo wiz, use to do my 9 to 12 there arround the Pryd bridge).
Up to 16, i recommand the grove nymph at the Salisbury plain, very good spot, use to do my 12 to 17 there in an afternoon (solo).
After you can move south in the plain, seek for giant or basiliks, or around the hills for slave/druid circle, but sorc/wiz, you should be able to get directly to the legionnary at the far south near the broken bridge.

(amazing how i can remember that even it's been 2 to 3years i did not really play around those area :p )

there are somewhere some guides on xping. if these are for soloers, just cut 2-4 levels of the mobs.
1. open terrain is better than dungeons.
2nd. all in duo?
then:
up to 8 (boulderings)
up to 10 druids (just behind the entrance to salisbury
up to 12 border of salisbury near the water on the hill.some human mobs there.
then up to 13-14 you can kill groove nymphs, they come levelrange 12-16, so just look out, the queen is a bit higher.
then you can go to the spot near the exit of salisbury to campacorentin, there youll find a big spot of mobs.
15+ you go along the border of salisbury to the waterside again and pass a huge camp of mobs, kill these until xp gets low.
then go n kill legionaires at the broken tower near the water.
18+ go to cornwall, to the ghost house..dunno what its called atm, there are many ghostly centurions there. later you either go to braemar or look around at cornwall. there are some healing mobs at cornwall for mind specced sorc too. (church near the stable).
